Heh all, I just recieved a fyler in the mail, and on it they are advertising a air rifle for 24.99, brand new, no mention of cal, or velosity, and under it 2000 pellets for 14.99. Now this gun must be a piece of crapola , but anybody have any ideas on who could produce such a cheap rifle, i'm going to go look at it for kicks as i'm getting something else there?????I know strange qustion but i'm full of curiosity. Also it was a springer, wood stock, and looked decent but who knows.????????????????????????

Sounds interesting, probably some chinese breakbarrel. Still interesting, especially if its new. Pellets seem to be at a great price, depending on the quality/brand ofcource.

Please post more info, and perhaps some pics of the flyer and the gun itself when you go to take a look at it? Perhaps I would have to talk you into shipping me one somehow

Yes the stock is shiny. I'll go look at it and post more. Any bodyhave comments about the B1.

For $25 you can almost afford to buy it if it is a piece of junk. I'm tempted to say buy me one and ship it to me and I'll pay you back. That cheap I'd take a chance

I have one of these, got it from Peavey Mart for $49. There is someone on this Forum who sells them for $40.
It is a typical break barrel only it is alot shorter. Its like a "kid size" gun. I ended up taking mine all apart, cleaned it up and properly lubed it. I also spread the guide and got the twang out of it. It has a leather seal in it and I am sure I could change it to a synthetic type and gain some fps. It's a little hard to cock being it has a short barrel, but it OK. The stock screws were loose and I had to do some work to bend the tabs where the side screws go in to make sure it lined up nice so they could be tightened properly.
I put a red dot (cheapee) on mine as the sights leave a little to be desired (they are adjustable). As for power I would say after the lube and some smoothing it is over 500fps and certainly compares to my 631 out of the box (before the ab3 spring was installed).
My wife likes to use it because it is small and less intimidating than my other AG's.
You cannot go wrong for $24.99, but open the box and check it first to make sure its all there and not broken.

Went there today and decided to buy one and a box of pellets. Had to look through 6 boxes to get one that wasn't rusty and a with a decent stock (alot of knots). I'll get it home and clean and lube it up and see how it shoots.
Looked at the pellets, they are pretty bad in terms of squished ones, maybe 30%??
