Just got back and the results are official. I qualified with the second highest score
and finished the finals in fourth place in the sportsman class!
The two days of qualifing were in low wind conditions but the final was on a very gusty windy day.
Normally that's OK because it's the same for everyone. Unfortunately this one didn't bring wind flags?!!
Overall I had a great time and am proud that I achieved that score with my modified AAS510 in a sea of FXs.

Aged, I have a couple questions. Did you drive or fly there? If you flew did you ship your airgun prior ? and if you drove how was crossing the boarder and returning with the airgun?
Oh ya well done !!

Hi Bryon,

It was a 12 day trip and I spent 8 gruelling days driving. When I was working I always daydreamed of taking a long drive seeing north America. Well, been there, done that and it was great diving there seeing the terrain change along the way from southern Ontario but if I return I will take a plane.
Bringing guns into the US is no problem but I did fill out an "Identification of Articles for Temporary Exportation" form on the Canadian side so I could return into Canada with the guns I brought over. In fact they didn't even ask to see them when I did return.

Thank you everyone for your kind words. I'm happy for what I did but it's so nice to tell my friends about it and have them tell me what they think.

Ed.
