Well Guy's,,,One of my wishes came through today, and I lucked into buying a Brand New(Old Stock/Not in Production for quite sometime now) "Daisy 622X" from "Our Man" Marvin,,Boy, I have been wanting one of these for a long time,,,(My wife is gonna castrate me, but that's ok,,I got 2 kid's already  ),,Right out of the box, it's one fun piece of kit,,'remind's me of the "Browning HiPower" 9mls, we used to have in the Forces,,It's a pleasure to hold, just like it's lil' brother, the "Daisy 617X",and it's very powerful(just as powerful as my un-modded "2289g",, judging by pellet depth, and expansion into my backstop),,,I'm still experimenting with different pellet's, so I'll let you know about that later,,the clips look they can fire almost every pellet there is(I even tried some big "Crow Magnum's" without any problem's),,Only thing I wish they had done something about("Daisy" that is),is that you can't attach any optic's to it,,I've seen the laser's that mount onto the trigger gaurd,,but I don't think you'd be able to holster the weapon with that gizmo on there,,,,,Anyway's,,Two Thumb's Up for this Pistol,,Two Thumb's Up for Marvin!!,,Andy.

Good buy. 8) She makes a Great pistol for Grousing. The size and weight and accuracy combined with her Whacking power make her and ideal pistol too pack on those long walk hunts (When Grouse is your secondary game and a bonus for lunch )

Well, I had a chance to chrono it the other day,,,and I was pleasently surprised,,the "622X" is more powerful than a stock "2289g",,my 622x was clocked at 425fps w/"Beeman Lasers", and my 2289 was clocked at 390fps(421fps w/"Skenco's"),,,,,Too bad, the 622x can't be modded the way the 2289 can be,,,,Oh well,,I'm just happy I own one,,Andy.

Had a chance to chrono the gun the other week with 9gr. "Prometheus" lead/free pellet's, and it averaged 630fps  , . Boy! Do I love this shooter, I think I'll try and find another one, and just keep it in the package, just in case anything happen's to this one  , Andy

Thanx for puttin' up a pic,,,The Daisy Powerline 622x/617x is modelled after the Beretta 92F, which has a laser sight for the trigger guard available, What I would really like to know is if by chance it would fit on the Daisy 617x/622x,,If anyone has info on this, I'd really appreciate it, Thank's, Andy.

I picked up on of the 622X when i was down in virgina, i only paid like 49 dollars at a large sports store (cant remeber which), but this pistol shoots very very hard and the accuracy was preety good out to 30 feet, i even took out a few small rats close range. Awesome pistol overall

Curious, what is a fair price for used or new old stock on this Daisy 622X? Considering one given the .22 . Would compliment the Xisico B3-1 AK-47 in .22 or the Crosman 1322

Depending on condition - anywhere from $125-$175 up here in Canada...IMO; of course.

Make sure that the Seller really has the 622X - I was offered one awhile back and it turned out that it was a SCAM artist!
