And let me add that the vendor has the full right to leave appropriate feedback even if the deal was not completed. If you flake out on a deal be prepared for the consequences.

Just a note that I feel people who do not have their location listed should not be allowed to sell or buy.It is very fustrating to try and deal with people who don't update profiles.Just one step to help eliminate scammers.Topher
