"Two study manuals are available. The Canadian Firearm Safety Course Manual contains required entry level information for all firearm users and focuses on non-restricted firearms (most rifles and shotguns). The Canadian Restricted Firearm Safety Course focuses on handguns.

Both manuals are available from your local instructors, or, they can be ordered directly from the F.S.E.S.O. The cost of each manual is $5.00 which includes GST and shipping. You may also download a copy of the CFSC and CRFSC Student Manual, at no charge, by clicking each link below:

Good links... Anyone looking to take a course, the manuals are really cheap so get the printed manual. Awesome for refreshing though.

Where would one find reasons for having your aplication turned down? Ive heard some pretty outlandish things such as having had thereapy for pretty much anything disqualifies you as you are a(t) risk.

You won't find anything written on what is ok and what is not. They are dealt with on an individual basic and it is ultimately the CFO's decision.

So the rumours could be true. ( Note: I am not confirming or denying that these have actually happened. I do not know. This comment is simply made to get a laugh)

Hope the CFO wakes up on the right side of the bed the day when my stuff comes up.

Ok, Im either going crazy or blind. I swear I saw a link for "prep-tests" for the PAL test on one of the forums lately but I cannot find it for the life of me.

If somebody could post it here, I would be much appreciative. :prayer:

Thanks,
Eric

Parkers link is now $$$ for the manuals . Here is a great site with the manuals PAL & RPAL with videos of a gal proving just about every type of firearm.
