Your emails below have been directed to us from Mr. Gerd Walther at Lothar Walther.
As Gerd also confirmed, we buy barrels from Lothar Walther to use on our PCP air rifles (AT44 and BT65 series) if it is ordered with a Lothar Walther barrel by the client. In that case we write “Barrel made by Lothar Walther” on the barrel. The “&” sign was written for a time because of a mistake/misunderstanding at our production which has been corrected once it’s recognized. But it does not mean that it’s a fake Lothar Walther barrel. We at Hatsan Arms Company have no way than doing honorable way of business and we never mislead any client.
If you inform us the serial number of your air rifle, we can also verify that it has a Lothar Walther barrel.
