I used and still use different types but more and more RWS Meisterkugeln either in .177 and .22 they seem to be the more precise I can find with all of my guns.

I love the CP pointed for my lower powered springers they are like bullets. For my 12 to 15 fpe rifles I use 8 to 9 grains. What ever they like. My old MK I TX200 loved the Crow Magnum Hollow Points. I try and always plink and Target shoot what I hunt with as its great practise. My RWS850 and my Diana 36 loves they Daystate Range Master pellets 8.5grs. You could here they made more noise on down range impact...real cool. The Beeman FTS work great in a lot of springers.

After trying a couple tins, Im now partial to RWS pellets, meister kugeln are my favorite. They are accurate, very clean and uniform, and those flat tips hit like hammers. They have the best knock down power of any pellet ive tried yet, and the price is reasonable.

For 10m practice shooting RWS Meister's 7.0gr. I use these even in the rifle (Avanti 853c). At 500fps I find them more accurate than the 8.2gr 'rifle' pellet.
In competition I'll spring for the R-10's...I think it's just mental...but they seem to have the edge.
Outdoors (30m)...JSB RS (7.3gr). At 30m I can sink 10 shots into a dime with my Slavia 631.
