Hello All,

I received my Alfa Proj Co2 rifle from topgun airgun. I will post up pics later. Shot for a while last night...very accurate.

My experience with Bori at topgun airguns was wonderful. Customs slips we fill out amazingly with NO prompting from me... he has clearly dealt with sub 500 guns and canada customs a lot. From the day of order to rifle in my hands was 8 Days!!!! shipping was 61 usd and that included 5 tins of JSB.

Very happy. Love the rifle.

Regards

the trigger is wonderful - - very tau like
I put a spare sight on I had, need to use a wider rail. The stock rails (forward for open sights, rear for peep) are only 8mm wide.
The front globe is an Anschutz with various aperture inserts and only one post style.
The gun is very accurate, I do have a sample target I will photo in a bit. Velocity is variable...it was adjusted at the factory for 495 with 7.0 gr pellets.
The power adjuster is screwed all the way out to achieve this velocity....

The gun is very quite...about 6" of dead space in the shroud.

Here is a great link on the rifle. I did not have any of the minor issues he had. My shroud came off easily and I was missing no parts.

I wasn't aware they made a rifle  it looks very good
Edit: might I ask the price range of this rifle?

You can’t buy a single airgun for everything. Golfers use many different clubs, airgunners need more than one gun

Sorry, that is obvious info I forgot to add...

575 USD

I just noticed that the bolt is a different design from linked review on yellow and the one I received. The hammer knobs are different as well.

Mine look likes the one in this video.

Hammer knobs exactly the same and bolt is the same design except on the right.

Always thought it was strange that the AP CO2 pistol sells for $630 and the rifle that has the same action, but a lot more, sells for $575. Go figure.

You can see both of them on the Top Gun link I posted.

I just shot it for 40 rnds...what a nice rifle...so quite. Nice laminated stock. total wt is 6lb 9oz!!

Phoning Bori is the best way to communicate. Have the Visa handy

I read in a thread in which this gentleman phoned Bori looking for advice on "which gun to buy" and within seconds Bori talked him into buying both, so watch out. :P :P

Bori prices on pellets are great. check out his page.

I think 575 for what I have is great price.

He has these Drulov single shot rifles that look interesting...but 610 fps....I wonder if I can get him to de-tune it.

Regards

You fired 40 shots, did you have any left in the gun? How many shots per fill are supposed to get with this thing? Oh man my wife is going to kill me... but it look so good!

The manuals says

@410fps (125M/S)

7g - -60 shots
12g - - 100 shots
125g - - 10x100 shots

I am on my second 12g so I am not sure but power is turned up about 1/2 way so i would say about 70-80 shots

I am 20 shot into the new CO2, I will keep track.

Randy
