Since the PCP was announced almost a year ago and we haven't seen it here yet, I don't think they're selling the brake alone.

Just received a muzzle brake to screw on my IZH-60 from jezX, it's a true work of art.
Look at this thread http://www.airgunforum.ca/forums/topic45301-15.html the one I put on my IZH is the one in the middle on the last page pics (the two colored one on the pic is on my Hatsan AT-44 and it also screwed on and looks great).

I do not understand this, or is it the doctor, you can pump like the FX independent sidelever?

If I understood this correctly it's for loading the pellets and cocking the gun.
