God i could only imagine that mess in my case....
i just had an ignorant officer pull me over on Feb20th for running
a yellow light (due to road conditions/snow). When he approached my
vehicle after pulling me over, i asked him what was the reason im
being pulled over? his reply was that i sped through the light.
As soon as i told him i tried to stop but had to roll through the
yellow light (which was yellow through the entire course of this)
he got right in my face and ignorant. I tried to reason with him but
his "RCMP" demeanor wasnt letting off. So now im waiting on
the court date as im fighting this ticket as i know i didnt do anything
wrong but trying to prove this in front of a judge may pose a problem
as the "legal system" im sure will take sides with a peace officer.

I think it just sucks that when something happens and you know your
in the right yet you cant do much under the impression if you contest
against any officer youll be thrown in the back seat?

hmmmm :?

In Ontario we have the XPolice guys (http://www.xpolice.ca). I used them twice and everytime it worked splendidly. In both cases it was "case dismissed". I didn't have to appear in court at all. They took care of everything. Obviously, they charge you some fee so it make sense to use them if your charges are really substantial. Do you have this kind of organization in BC?

That’s too bad. In Ontario they can be very helpful for every type of traffic offence including serious cases like impaired driving.

Hey it takes (one to know one). That is why they win because they use to be one of these (guys) and they know all the tricks. Those RCMP in BC should be fired and lose their pention when they screw up some honest person because of their ignorance and their GOD COMPLEX. These type of guys have no bussiness being POLICE OFFICERS ANYWHERE. All these Freaks and power Mongers do is give Decent Cops a bad name. We really don't need the GESTOPO at all.

We have something ressembling xpolice in Quebec too, I saw an ad a while ago about a cop who does the same thing but for pot smokers in the US, he's an ex-cop too.

Magnumair...my 8 and 11 year old read this forum. Your sewer mouth may be acceptable in your living room, but not ours.

With all due respect. I don't think this is a kids forum.

You can't buy even an airgun at 8 or 11, so when it comes to an adult forum about an adult hobby, if you don't want your kids to be subject to adult conversations you need to take them back to the Dora the Explorer forum.

Your living room ends in your house. The Internet is not your house.

yup...if there's going to be an idiotic response...count on sdot!!
Tell me boys (I use that term because my boys show more maturity than either of you), where does it state this is an adult forum??
And why can a 12 year old obtain a PAL?
And children are allowed to shoot if accompanied by an adult.
Grow up!!

Why does it seem that posts almost always end up getting sideways and way off topic?
