Do you still need a PAL to shoot a .22 ?

1 billion was a few years ago it's probably more than that now, talk about a bunch of morons, go ahead waste my hard earned bucks, idiots :evil:

Scrapping the long gun registry does not change at all the present firearms licensing laws. For a legal possession of any powderburner regardless of its caliber one still needs either a PAL (long guns) or RPAL (pistols&revolvers having a barrel length larger than 105 mm).

It's not done yet!

and you'll still need a PAL to buy a gun, just wont have to register it with the CFC.
