Does anyone know if this gun is reasonable for the money http://www.fcsurplus.ca/shopping/produc ... ir-Pistol/

, & I can’t find the fps for the above , I can for the Hatsan model 25 Supercharger but that is not what I am looking for as the supercharger is over the Canadian 500 fps limit without the need for a license , + I don’t see it for sale in Canada anyway. .

Now, now, maybe he's just a careful shopper trying to do a total and complete research before committing. Not everyone is as an impulsive a buyer as me. When I first came here some 2 weeks ago I too started a SINGLE thread where I asked plenty of questions. And 2 days later I had placed my first order for not one but two guns (I still blame you, wllm995 for forcing me to get that P17) and this was despite getting that invite from Brian to go to his shoot and see/learn/shoot some of the guns there before buying anything.

Well, I simply couldn't wait that long. The shoot was on a Saturday and Tuesday felt like too long to wait, so I went ahead and placed the order. Maybe for some of us it was simple as I got plenty of help from the pros here and it was clear after a day that the 953 and the P17 where the right guns for us to start with.

Perhaps farri doesn't know his answer yet probably because he starts so many new threads that the experienced users here just don't want to bother trying to keep track of all that.

Nice Pistol (5/9/2013)
I love this pistol. The price is the lowest that I have found on the Internet in Canada. As the other reviewer mentioned, it would be nice if the option of a .22 caliber was available. I have a Chronograph and with 7.9 grain Crossman pointed pellets, at room temp. and no wind, the velocities ranged from 430fps to 450fps, well over the stated 380fps. This was a nice surprise.

Good Pistol (10/25/2012)
Good gun, like the fiber optic sights and the supercharger recoil. I think it is only available in the .177 calibre which I received. If it were .22 calibre it would be better. It also comes with 250 pellets. I think it shoots over the rated 380 fps.

There are some older Model 25's still out there as new....they are stamped 380 FPS and do not have fiber optic sights,, I know I had one. So I sold it and bought one from Forest City Surplus, stamped 495 FPS and has the fiber optic sights. Same gun as Browning 800 and Webley, is it Typhoon? Some kind of storm....anyways took it apart, tuned it up, and shimmed the spring.....very nice gun for the money.
