Good luck man.

It would be nice if you could make an honest living out of it, but so few do these days.
From a practical standpoint I'd say go be a dentist, but my opine ain't been asked, so I'll shaddup

If you do end up turning out need-ables, I pay cash. :bear:

Thanks everyone for the well wishes!

Got my 8" grinder and King Canada Pedestal with water tray assembled this morning. Thinking of mods already for it! :D Think I will machine a plastic water tray for it. I always see the water cups rusting up and out! Also have to fabricate a way to hook up the exhaust vents to a hose to the vacuum to hook up to the Rigid shop vac.

Reinforced the table last week to support the lathe/Mill. Found some rubber isolation grommets for installing it to the table. Going to also have to make a splash guard for the lathe so I am not throwing oil all over the window behind. AND a chip guard so I can view what is going on, but it might be easier just to get a face shield instead of buying a guard. Those seem to run a $100, then you still have to fabricate brackets to fit your specific lathe! Lots to do!
