That is incredible, ain't it? No mention if it comes with the scope, a fairly decent 3-9x32. If not, there's always this cheap alternative to the awful fibre optics in the 953. From princess auto starting next week.

I don't think TSC ever had the Daisy 953 without the scope, and it says "with scope" on the page. :)

Got one yesterday at TSC and it came with the 3x9 scope; it is labelled the PowerLine 953S aka the 953 TargetPro.

Under $60 with tax; a ridiculously good price. The drag is they only had one in stock.

Got it home, mounted the scope and was able to group shots the size of a loonie at about 15m using a rest. That is quite impressive considering who is pulling the trigger.

Man, that's a crazy price!!! Same as above, I sure wish we had TSC around here. The cheapest I could get one would be at least $100.

TSC is frustrating as the items you want are always sold out.

The flyer is sent on Thursday but I cannot go until the Saturday morning.

Last week the cedar Adirondak chair was sold out and this week the cedar 5 foot swing was gone as well as (most disappointing) the Daisy 953.

Well, maybe I already have too many rifles and this is my karma.

This thread is a year and a half old, but TSC is still advertising the 953 (sans scope) as a Screaming Deal for $69 and also the RWS Hobby for $8

My own local store has neither in stock...

The Daisy 953 is NOT easy to find anywhere else in Canada based on my own search...

read it is discontinued, and the sale prices would verify it...
