Yeah, it was a great time! I'll post the few pictures I took. There were some outstanding scores. I know max115 got an insane 35/36 with his AA S510, and Wayne and Kelly both scored 34/36s.

Two rounds went great. Morris is talking about doing a sub-PAL round for next match, so it's worth thinking about that early. Basically, your gun needs to be shooting under 500 fps, and he'll be using a chrony to ensure that people adhere.

Thanks to Morris, Kelly and Wayne for helping me out when I realized that a certain 4 year old in my house had removed my bleed valve screw! Managed to get a few fills of air in, so I had plenty for both matches and some plinking afterward. I sure hope I can find that bloody screw. I have no idea where my son put it, and he just says he doesn't remember, although he remembers removing it...

Well it wasn't as fun as shooting, but my son and I did enjoy the 5km run at 9 on Sunday. He shaved 4:49 off last year's time and more importantly didn't whine once. Our school team was the biggest at 212 runners, and we raised more money than any other school team to put towards cancer research and patient care at Children's Hospital. Had a nice walk home from QE park afterward and Haru didn't really mind not getting to shoot, said "It's okay, we get to go to Mission 11 months of the year but this run only happens once." Got a smile from dad.

He'll be bringing a lot of enthusiasm to Mission next month. His birthday's a couple of days before, on the last day of school, and the rifle is his birthday present, so he'll be taking advantage of that sub-500fps match.

I'll have a few sub-500s to sell; need to finance a new rifle:

WCFTC members get first kick before I post on the exchange.

Selling
Daisy 853c (so accurate that it's boring) .177. Iron sights
IB Takedown, side-cocking (modified, Red Dot included) .22
HK USP (non-blowback BB). Has some scratches.

Maybe a couple more; I always regret post-sale, but I need the space & cash.
The maybe list:
Crosman Phantom .22
Shorty shotgun BB, single shot and 3 bb burst.
Crosman C41, bb pistol, non-blowback
Crosman 2240 with steel breach kit
