Are you looking for an area to legally shoot and practice with your airguns , if so this could be very interesting for you?

La Roue du Roy, http://WWW.ROUEDUROY.COM, situated 35 minutes from the Champlain bridge is open to allowing us (airgunners) to use, for a annual fee, 200$ per person, a dedicated area on there 265 acres of land for Field Target and distance practice with our airguns. This would be open year round. Access is from sun up to sun down. We could then arrange for competitions to be held regularly.

La Roue Du Roy has been a pheasant and shooting club since 1960 and has , in my opinion, the nicest skeet and trap set up I`ve ever seen.
It is located north of the town of Hemmingford, between Montreal and Hemmingord, and and has all the bells and whistles to attract even non shooters, a fine restaurant, club house and bar, and good washroom facilities, also great cycling and touristing in the area.

As I mentioned , a piece of the property would be allocated to us to set up what we want and need. I have personally explored the sites and one in particular is very interesting. It is open and also wooded with a east west perspective, which follows the predominant winds. They would allow us to set it up in the configuration we want with our own spinners and other targets.

I would like to hear from you if you are interested in participating.

Thank John.

I could be tempted to make the 2 hour drive for FT in the morning and skeet/trap in the afternoon !!!

Thanks, I am fortunate to have a 1000 acre permission to play on, but for others this would be great, John

Hey! Frank! Long time no see...

I used to participate a lot in this forum a few years ago. I went to the Ottawa Field matches 2 or 3 times (ended up at Frank's once).

I'm from Montreal. I've been shooting since I was 8. Since I wanted more challenge, I got into pistols a few years ago. You'll see me with an Alecto .22.
