Well done, Harold. Lots of good eating on those young ones.

I have an open invite to hunt "stink goats" on a friend's ranch near Miles City, Montana, using my .44 mag. Maybe one of these days. He also said I could 'store' my handguns on his ranch (65 sections) if push came to shove up here.

Two were adult does and mine a buck fawn.In the confusion of the herd milling around after loosing two members seconds apart ,the doe I had lined up had another step up behind her. Can't shoot or I'll kill two so as they now were leaving the country presenting only the rumps as targets I selected the only one standing broadside in the clear. It was more important for my son's to get theirs down as I've shot several antelope before. They are fun to hunt and the meat is delicious.....many Albertan's that don't want to wait 10 years or more for a buck tag go to Wyoming where a guide is not required and you can hunt public land or pay an access fee to hunt a ranch. Draws are 100% for non-residents and end in June. Trophy quality is excellent 12-16" bucks ...would have preferred to use my 22-250 but not legal here.......Harold
