Looks like a good target for 20 yards with accurate rifles, like HW 97's. The holes appear to be, if full size as shown, 6mm wide.
It would be too easy at 10 meters.
Extra points for head shooting the rabbits?

We used to shoot a target like this one at 100 yards, with match and BR rifles for turkey/novelty shoots.

There were only 5 or 10 flies on it.

5 points for a head
3 for a body
1 for a wing or a leg
