Headed out this morning for some p.o.i. tests. Had to pass on that with the wind- 25-30 mph all day. Some crazy gusts in there...

Turned her into a plinker's day out

3k psi AR/20-78 in .22. She's using the foot of my hill pump for a support. 4-12X Bushnell Legend aboard. Steadies down well, and does everything asked of it, with finesse and grace. 8)

High chrony reading of the day, with the much discussed 13/2100 conversion. 10.5 gr. Crosman Ultra Mag....

A brace of CO-2 pellet pistols.

Walther PPQ (Umarex) at upper left.

Beretta 92-FS (Umarex) at upper right.

Crosman Vigilante at lower left.

Colt SAA Artillery model (Umarex) at lower right.

Pulled the 2200 out of it's sleeve, and it decided it wanted to shoot :P

I even shot the old Crosman model 1 pumper (thanks Lauchlin) Old girl's still launching the 18.1 gr JSB Heavies at mid 500's for ten pumps. What a joy to shoot! The simple peep and german silvered front sight make an oxymoron out of optics

Great day. I was there from 11 a.m. until sunset
and loved every minute...

Nice collection, Doc....I'm diggin' the PCP'd AR 8)

Other than the windy conditions, looks like you had a great day of 'therapeutic' shooting...congrats! :drinkers:

I'm itching to have one of those days myself, but my backyard range is still "closed for the season" :( ...hopefully soon though...

I was right to throw the parka into the van.
Still caught a vicious head cold anyways. +8 C by the g.m. thermometer, but that wind sure inhales body heat. Stayed in the parka all day too...

Hope you get spring soon Todd. Don't wanna say anymore and jinx it for next spring

Looks like you had an eventful day Doc! Just looking at your last pic sets me at ease. There's something about being out there with nature that calms the mind, body & spirit.

I think that last scenic is Sholo's work, and not mine...
