Looking for a recommendation for a 10x scope / 1" tube / mil dot reticle and ideally long enough for the one piece Sporstmatch high mount I already have.
I have a couple of adjustable scopes but mostly they end up staying on 10x so if there is an inexpensive option I thought I may as well get a fixed one - that's assuming a fixed 10x will be cheaper than the mid-range Hawkes I already have.
(Edit: Maybe this time I will try a Leapers UTG 3-12X40 - $170 seems reasonable and I doubt I will find a fixed 10x better than that)

To mount on a airgun or powder burner?

The Bausch & Lomb 10x Tactical is probably you best bang for buck, for a powder burner.

These are good scopes with good lenses.

Cheaper, is simply cheaper.

3-12 x30mm etched, is only another 20 bucks or so & comes with rings. I have 2 of these - NICE! love em!

Thanks, I'll probably go with some sort of Leapers.
Does 1" vs 30mm tube offer any benefit of one over the other?

More light can get through the 30mm.
