Feels so good while receiving my P1322 starter kit from Amazon~ After some shots, it's already well signed in with the peep iron sight and I can hit almost whatever I want in a 10 yard range~ The accuracy is amazing!

And then, I found something I have to face to... uhh... maybe it's not a problem for the strong guys like Rock... But it looks still a little bit problem on me... I can easily pump it for 3, 4 times, but after 5 times it's no more flexible on me. I have to use all the power to push the forearm back and can not hold back to prevent the forearm hitting the gun body hard. Is that okay? Or it will damage the forearm or the gun in the long run?!

Any suggestion? Would it be better to replace the forearm with an aftermarket designed forearm?

1322 are easy to pump. I'll give you my 1950 Benjamin 312, that will give you a work out.

I put my thumb under the trigger guard and hand over the barrel. Left hand on the pump. The newer 1322 forearms are much better than the older skinnier, but you might need to look at a Fatty 2289 one.

BTW, it looks the 2289 already discontinued?!

That's strange that your 1322 is so difficult to pump after 5 pumps. My 1322 with only a shoulder stock & steel breech upgrade can easily pump 10 times. Last weekend I took it up to the range and shot it for 2 hours with no strain whatsoever. Yeah, the meatier pump grip would definitely help.

I wonder if its dry. Grab some peloil or some 30 W non detergent oil and give it a couple drops on the pump arm.

umm... I am not strong enough?! I can meet the normal labor job requirement (lift 50lbs...) lol...

I can pump it for 10 times, like the ppl on YouTube, left hand hold the forearm, and right hand hold the grip/shoulder stock... but each time I push back the forearm, it have to hit the gun body a bit hard (I don't have extra strength to hold it back like the first some pumps)... I just wondering if this is okay, or it should not like that...

And the gun just out form the clam-shell, oiled well in the factory. And I also follow the instruction to put the red oil on the three moving parts of the forearm pump too.

It's all right if it smacks the tube, it's designed for it. You can put some Velcro sticky one side on the tube (the soft side of the Velcro) or put some rubber in the slot on the pump arm to deaden the impact.

Sounds fine to me. Yes they smack the body pretty good as does most pump guns.

you should be able to pump it 10 times before it starts to get to difficult to pump...if the noise of the pump handle smacking the tube bothers you then get some velcro tap use a small peace of the soft side of the velcro an put it on the pump arm...

Yes! The velcro soft side part on the tube will deaden some of that "Clack, Clack, Clack" annoyance. Check out the pic of the underside of my 1322 and it also has a felt piece stuck to the tube to absorb some of the sound. Lube the hinge areas of your pumping mechanism with some Pellgun Oil. Below are 2 videos on how to lube your 13...

You can also put a small piece of 3/8" ID x 1/2" OD vinyl tubing on the pump arm.

Yep Yep. Only issue is the new 1322's have screws that hold the pump arm, where the 2289 forearm still used 2 pins so you would need to modify it.

Thanks Leadslinger~ Yeah, there are so many different instructions on the web regarding how to modify the fatty for the 1322. There is such a long time already, nobody make up a kit to do that so far?!

I just put 2 bandages on the tube, and it works so well~ lol~ I will find something else with a better looking next week to replace the bandages... hehe

You can counter sink some holes for the screws. Or drill the holes bigger for larger pins.
