Finally today I did a conversion to hpa, modified the internals as much I could see pictures at this forum, my plan was to make it work on 1500 psi (I got these gauges only from aliexpress)
Turned out that my 3000 psi tanks have a 800 psi regulator. I saw it somewhere here recently somebody made a modifications with these 48cc tanks, can't find that page again.
I left the gun under pressure, and after some one hour I am noticing a pressure drop of about 30%. The leak could be just anywhere, suspecting the small silicon oring between the main tube and the breach? or the other one yellowish silicon seal built into the brass "valve" ?

If it is leaking out the barrel or between the main tube and the breach, the air is making it past the valve stem, which it shouldn't be. The seal between the two valve halves is an easy one to fix. Use a long, wide blade, screwdriver and tighten it more. Put your ear up to the end of the barrel and listen for a leak, if you can't hear it, you may need to use soapy water.

I have now two 48cc airtanks full to 3000 psi, instead of just dumping the fill I would spend all of it before opening the tanks head, anybody can help me with some pictures how to increase the output from 800 to 1200 or 1500 psi?
second: all my internal springs are stock, I would need a good source to buy a variety for my drawers and I can play with them? Friend of my promised me he's chrony I can pick it just any day for homework to do.

If it's a ninja regulator, you'll need to remove the spring and switch it to belleville washers. I'll see if I can find the thread on the configuration of the washers for 1200. I read a thread a while ago where rsterne was helping someone adjust one for 1200psi.

I see even aliexpress is selling the air tank regulator kits 3000 psi (or whatever) to 800 psi output.
What or how all you guys doing? modifying diy or ...? or buying a new tank specifically with higher output pressure?

As stated in the post above you can change the internal spring and put in Belleville washers to adjust the output. Or buy one from AliExpress like you found, lol

I am leaning towards buying two new regulators but I don't know yet without taking one tank apart (and both tanks currently full), what is a thread on the tank cylinder? Inches or metric?

I have no problem taking things apart and modifying to my needs or liking, but these high pressure tanks I cannot test I have no tools for that direction, so maybe just simpler getting new parts already pr-emade. ordering tonight. thanks
Do you have by any chance the spring sizes (hammer and valve springs) for 800 psi until the new pressure regulators arrive, and maybe 1500 psi where is my target on the final pressure?
Also, just checked my tanks I am noticing they use some black material for sealant on most of the threads. Shall I look for a special sealant for the threads under these high pressure for the regulator or an ordinary white teflon tape can make it?

Might come in handy having some different regulators. Should be 5/8" threads by the sound of it. Teflon tape should work fine, lots of guys use It on high pressure fittings. Good time to do your valve mods while waiting for your regulator. Take the filter and piercing pin out, cut the slots in the valve for more air flow. Put the crosman seal in place of the stock transfer port seal. If you don't want to change the action to cock on open, you can still take the hammer spring out and cut a few coils off it to make the gun more efficient. Take your bolt and drill out the nose and port hole in the bolt probe a bigger size to allow more air flow. Once you do all that, try it again with the 800psi, you should be able to get 750-800fps with 14.3gr at that pressure.

Like you mentioned, also stick a weaker spring in the valve to allow it to open easier. If you have a bag of springs, just find one that is easier to squish and similar diameter, and cut to same length.
Bob Sterne has a lot more expertise and more mods you can do, if you are looking for max power. I have forgotten your goals now. If you get a 1200psi regulator you should have no trouble getting close to 900fps with all the valve and port mods.

Sorry I missed that you had done valve mods already. Good idea to shoot it over the chronograph before you do much more, see where you are at. I was able to get around 750fps at 800psi maxed out with the hammer spring if I remember correctly, so you could be shooting pretty well already.

I have modified a little bit the valve brass part creating a spring nest and screw up the valve spring by overheating it...so I installed one thicker wire but shorter spring with a preload about 1/2 coil only (and maybe that 2 mm is not enough length and there could be a leak now).
The hammer spring is a stock, but I believe heavily preloaded in contrast to valve spring, because the archerairguns repeater kit (rear breech locking) recommended two washers at rear and the spring front to sit (and hold) on the pin so that may be 5-6 mm preload...
I need more springs, I know one bolt store 10 minutes North from my home but their working time is same as my and that is a little problem.

I've got my hammer spring short enough to allow some space when not cocked, no preload and I get lots of power still.
