A couple of snowmobiling friends from Winnipeg came down to North Dakota for an afternoon of shooting. I introduced them to shooting pins and plates. For first time shooters they did very good. A few video clips from the many rounds they fired today.

They had fun!

That 1928Thompson would be fun. Friend of mine in Virginia has the earlier, 1922 - just over 900rpm rate of fire. Next fall for his child.

My Thompson is a M1A1 model. Rate of fire is in the 600-700 range. A fun gun to shoot.

Exactly, the slower rate of fire was supposed to make it easier to hit with.
