I bought this used off here and it is not bad at all. From what I understand, it is a Gamo Compact with a weight-adjustable trigger. I have it on the lightest setting and it feels slightly heavier than the triggers on proper Steyr and FWB pistols I have tried, still okay though.
From my research, I thought it had lost the adjustable rear notch that the Gamo has but it seems it still has this too. That is good on one hand but on the other, as-is the right side of the blade is noticeably higher than the left. A little disappointing so I am trying to get in touch with AV to see if I can get a replacement. Even with that issue though, it is not bad at 10 yards and I find I can hold it steady enough (with one hand that is) to get most in the black. This was the best 20 shot card this morning using R10 match pellets. I also tried Hobby and Meisterkugeln, I thought the Meisters might have been better but I think they were all pretty much the same really. Might be worth comparing again another time once I have a bit more practice with it.
It operates the same way as a P17/HW40 but is slightly easier to push the top down. I thought the effort might disturb the shooting process but I was able to take more than a hundred shots without too much of a problem of the cocking effort adding to the shaky hand.
It weighs 935g, which is of interest to me at least as that puts it at the lighter end of target pistols and I am thinking about a Tau Compact, which is even lighter so good that I got on quite well with the V10.

Good shooting!
I had a Compact and really my only complaint was the non adjustable trigger. The adjustment screw did nothing. So if this version’s trigger can be fiddled with it’s a winner!

How is the grip size? I’ve got “normal” medium-large hands and found the Compact a little on the big side.

Thanks!
From your description, I would say I have similar size hands. I find the grip okay and the pommel thing is adjusted to the top of its travel for the bolt in that channel and it is just about right like that. It is not quite as sophisticated as the FWB I have tried but that costs nearly 10 times as much! With that sort of match grip, it is more like putting your hand "in" it rather than on it.

Good review and shooting DDtank! I hope you'll have it in your possession when I head down to the range over the Christmas Break. I'd love to give it a whirl.

I have a GAMO Compact (from D&L airguns) and had to "bore' a portion of the trigger guard where the adjusting screw is located. I learned that apparently a 'shorter' screw was used to avoid setting the trigger too light and having the airgun become dangerous. Hence it had it limits to adjusting the pull weight.
I countersinked the head of the stock screw to permit me to bring the trigger to break at around 500 grams. I also added some weight to the muzzle and that helped the balance and shot group. I fiddled the grip with a Dremel in areas I found too 'bulky' for my palm and replicated the stippling. I enjoy shooting it now in my basement range at 5 yards with the Gamo sights.

Getting better - outside of the flyers, I would say I finally have a "group" going on today's final target! 20 shots total, more than half making one hole.
