I was curious if anyone had any experiences importing optics from the UK. I understand there would be duties involved. I have bought a few cycling items from the uk. A nikko sterling is what has my interest.

Prophet River sells Nikko Sterling scopes, maybe see if they have what you're after...

that is what I was concerned about. I had a similar experience with cycle wheels. High taxes.

Buying from the UK is a crap shoot. If the CBSA decide to stick their nose in, they will want their cut, and its a big one. Other than taxes, there are no issues.
