Can anyone tell me what's available in Canada in 0.45" for airguns and what the true diameter of these projectiles would be?

For what gun? The SamYang shoots well with .456", Lee mould RN at 220gr. The Texan also shoots this bullet well.
Both do well with round balls too, and the SY rivals 1860 Army revolver ballistics, while the Texan about duplicates the 1847 Walker Colt, ballistically.

This is for a custom project, the barrel I acquired is around 0.454" which looks to be a good match for the round balls that Airgun Source sells.

Hornady and Speer both make & sell swaged round balls in that size, in boxes of 100.
As well they make and sell .451" and .457".
