I sent my logun s16 to pyramidair on Jan 3rd and tracked it online. It says "International shipment has arrived in the destination country " on the 8th. Does anyone know how to keep tracking it or when it may arrive at Pyramidair? If it is lost will canadapost's insurance reimburse me for the value of the gun?

If the tracking says it is in the USA really doubt that Canada Post has any control or liability for your gun.
Not sure how all this works, hope it all works out well.

Standard insurance coverage is for $100 bucks. at no extra charge. You may add more insurance for a very small fee to insure up to $1000 . IE. I just shipped an Item valued at $399. Xpress post(3 days) to California. To insure for the full $399 the cost was a $3.60 fee. They always ask when I ship if I wish to add extra insurance. It will be on your bill. Once in the states the tracking Sucks if at all so don't worry if you don't see an update on the Canada post site.

Tracking in the states has improved of late. You will have to log on to the USPS site to do it though. Just enter your Canada Post tracking #...

If you didn't purchase insurance when you shipped it then you will be out of luck if it gets lost. Insurance isn't for value of item, they frankly don't care what the item is, just how much it is worth to you and that is how much insurance you should buy for it. After all they can't put a price on a personal item, they expect you to clearly define that.

Hi

The gun arrived at Pyramidair yesterday and they gave me a call to notify me. Wow for $30 it takes aprox a month! That's what happens taking the cheap route.
