I sent you a pm by mistake, to early I guess. I was just wondering where one could get such a pistol. Can not read the French link. Thanks

George.

Basicaly he's saying that with the longer barrel you can't use the rail under the pistol because the longer barrel goes way back and that the 4th pump is VERY powerful but VERY hard to cock. He paid 195 euros for it, seems he ordered it from Bulgary, it wasn't pack well enough and when he received it the case was cracked.

Yeah this excellent design is the one to watch for sure. Personally I think this platform is going to garner the same type of following the Airforce products do in regards to modding.

Having put a few 1000 pellets thru mine without a hitch it is my fav for just point, shoot, and hit. As well anyone I want to introduce to airgunning I just hand them my Zoraki and as it shoots so easy they immediately enjoy the sport as opposed to getting frustrated because they can't hit anything.

After taking mine apart I am very impressed with both the design and quality just as Walter stated these air pistols are very beefy.

Seems they are also getting the same results with the Ultra I am getting as far as accuracy is concerned with a longer barrel. One of the benefits of actually having one of these to shoot is you can actually make accurate comments and observations that benefit other forum members as opposed to looking somewhat unintelligent.

The new Ultra version sounds interesting. Unfortunately it doesn't have much usefulness in Canada. A restricted air pistol is too limiting in usefulness. I still enjoy plinking in rural gravel pits and it's nice for people to take camping or as a grouse killer when moose/deer hunting. The original Zora-lecto meets our Canadian velocity limits.

Cheers,
Todd

I want to see a rifle/carbine version of this action become available. I'd buy one instantly, PAL or detuned - don't care. Shouldn't take much design change to put the pumping mechanism under the barrel.

The 2289 now being deceased, we need a new icon in this category.

Can't see them changing the valve design as the very few failures were attributed to over pumping.

Plus the valves are readily available for 70.00 here in Canada.

Very few powerplants are making this kind of power unlike 2289s which take so many pumps.
