Hey Folks, Got air leaking out of the valve. Changed stems to see if it was the stem, but the same thing happened. It's leaking out of the 6 holes in the valve where air is supposed to come from during your shot. Any Ideas? I'm thinking I need to make a visit to someone who actually knows whats what - so I can learn. I get frustrated when these issues happen, and I"m not done finding the sweet spot on the gun yet. |

Really only two places the air can leak out those holes.... between the stem and the seat, or past the O-ring that seals the Delrin seat into the valve body.... Take the valve apart, and gently push the seat out from the back side (the side with the 6 holes) and inspect it.... I'm betting either the tapered face where the stem seals is damaged from a piece of dirt.... or the O-ring on the outside of the seal is pooched (technical term).... I think they supply a spare with the gun (it looks like a white Delrin donut with a very thin O-ring on the outside).... if not, sniper Dan is your friend.... Bob |

Bob, that was exactly what it was - the seal in the valve itself. Problem solved, thanks!! Now, onto the next issue.... |

Don't throw the old one away, you can get the o-ring replaced at a good hydraulic shop. |
