I have had no luck with Umarex USA support for parts ...if you do find something over in the UK that will ship to Canada. Please post a follow up of where to buy.
If Umarex doesn't has proper support in Canada/N America for products they sale.
I'm wondering if we will have the same problem with the new Gauntlet suppose to be in stock by April of 2018 in Canada.
Can anyone else add to this?

It's strange than most guns company in USA don't ship here, I ordered many Lee Enfield parts from UK without any problems. Umarex should take example on Crosman they don't ship here but their parts are available everywhere.

I agree. Try Rob at R&R Airgun Repair. Very helpful and nice to deal with.

Cheers!

I contacted Rob but he don't have parts for the Makarov, in fact even Umarex USA do not have any parts for the Makarov!!!

Reply from Umarex USA
Germany ultimately controls what parts we get and don't. My understanding is that they weight the cost of extra production, transportation, import tariffs or other taxes that may have to be paid, popularity of the gun, and price point of the gun. If it comes out that it will cost you more to fix a gun rather than replace it they'll normally choose not to receive extra parts. The Makarov's fall into this category

Just found this, in the UK: https://www.bisley-uk.com/product.php?i=UMMAS&c=709

Maybe they could help. Other than that, if you know a machinist maybe you could have the broken part(s) custom made.
