An MP is hit by a car and Killed. Goes to Heaven and St. Pete says we don't get a lot of your kind here so we have a rule you spend 1 day in Heaven and 1 day in Hell then YOU decide where you want to spend eternity. The MP Goes to Hell and is surprised to see all his friends from Parliament there playing golf He plays with them then the dine in Lobster and Champagne. He meets the Devil who is a real fun dude. Next he goes to Heaven and it's like he imagined angels on clouds playing harps and in total peace. Finally St Pete asks him where he wants to spend eternity. The MP says although Heaven is a nice peaceful place Hell is more fun and wants to go there for ever. When the MP arrives the Devil is a classic horned cloven hoofed character with a tail. Where the golf course had been is a waste land of garbage and all his friends are miserable picking up the garbage. The MP says to the Devil "But yesterday this was a beautiful golf course my friends were happy and you were a nice guy. The Devil replies"YESTERDAY WE WERE CAMPAIGNING!!! TODAY YOU VOTED"!!!
