i made a barrel shroud for my 2240 and used rubber washers to hold it on the barrel it looks like.... well rubber washers holding the shroud loll so i would like to change that to some kind of a muzzle break, shorter but same look
Image

So i need 2 pieces made
1st piece would fit gas cap side, the other would be the end of the break

One that will fit on the barrel which is 1.1 cm so the piece should be 1.1 inside dimension. The other end should be able to take a 3/4 inch OD pipe (like a reducer) i would like the piece fitting on the barrel to be 3 cm long and the piece on the 3/4 inch pipe 3 cm long as well

the other piece would be 3/4 inch inside dimension so it fits the other end of the break 3cm long as well but the other end closed with a 17/64 inch hole in the middle could be a bit bigger but no smaller .

yes i want them to fit over the pipe not inside lol

Both pieces should have tapping screws to hold it in place, the first piece (reducer) one on each size obviously and the second if it's possible 2, one on top and bottom.

would like it steel if possible if not the strongest metal down the line.
Thickness is left at your discretion i know nothing about metalurgy so i have no idea what is best. i do want it to hold tho lol

PM me if you need more info and the price it would cost to make

thanks
