been working on some stuff . lucky its been slow at my work since xmas , so i decided to whip up some new guns , they are a little crude , but working great except the 9mm repeater which is not done . but seems to be perfect .
the 2 repeaters work well , there is a small arm that crossesthe breech body an a spring puls the cylinder to the next pellet with a little arm , the bolt has a arm that sticks down when cocking an when in place pushes the cross part sideway . so it cocks it with the bolt an shoves the pellet in place , then when the bolt handle is pushed down it make the repeater action catch .
the mini condor is awesome , itwill put a 124gr slug thru a 2x6'' on 2000psi , not tried it above that , but will some time when weather is better .
the .22 repeater is shooting about 950f/s with 14.3 gr pellets , an keeps with in 10 f/s in 10 shots only have 40feet to shoot in my basement , but does great , near 1 hole in groups of 4
pictures suck ... sorry.
lots of pics on my site ,

Kindest Regards

having machines and tools does not a craftsman make NB
but you gotta start somewhere and getting yourself to a machining course is great. Do that before you buy then you will be able to see what fits your needs.

I started in high school then self taught after that. Reading and doing making chips and making mistakes all contributes to the process.

Thats some fine work, Jez - far from being "a little crude".
I thoroughly enjoy seeing your work, and following your builds.
Please, keep the pics coming.

almost forgot ....
Walter dont provoke Kinetic_Genius to learn machining , he'll end up killing himself on a lathe , when we know he's gonna blow him self up with a hpa , hahaha

ha ha ha! very funny.. I don't think this has anything to do about me blowing myself up with HPA but more with the fact with why I am obsessed with building a powerfull airgun when I just could get a powderburner.. WELL FOR A FACT I DON'T LIKE POWDER BURNERS!! I like airguns and this is an airgun forum so if I wanna build a 60 fpe pump gun THEN I WILL BUILD A 60 FPE GUN! :x at all cost! ;) Some say I am mad but I have a dream and a sh*t load of ideas in my head.. If I had the knowledge I have now before when I built that 2240 pump rifle it would have came out right! That gun put's my regulated PCP rifle to shame, it could send 28.4 gr pellets out at 60 fpe while my PCP rifle does that with 32.4 gr pellets.. Heck, it would have shot those 32.4 gr at 62 - 64 fpe!! With the .25 cal barrel probablt 75 fpe and with a 9mm barrel over 100 fpe maybe? ha hah ha!

James Perroti built a .32 pumper based on a Benji 312 that was doing 60 fpe so yes indeed it is possible.

What do you mean by 'it would have' ? where is the 2240 pumper today?

Go take the course and then lay out about $5000 on machines and tooling then show us what you are made of :)

It wouldn't pump up or hold air with any of my valves unless I use a Discovery valve stem and that is out of the question! The gun got it's power by releasing all of it's air out at once not in one quick snap like a PCP gun so I had to use a delrin valve stem with very small cup seal O.D. but that proved to be the main reason why it wouldn't hold air or pump up.. Also the o-rings on the pump piston would ware out ridiculously fast and that was another problem! Anyway if took machining courses and owned a lathe, I would build some pretty mean airguns that would make anyone of you airgun enthusiastic nervous! Right now I am thinking of converting a paintball marker to shoot .177 cal BBs and have it regulated at 1250 psi but that is out of the question now..
