well .... the 10/22 is rimfire rifle, remington 700 is centerfire rifle,
the savage .... that's all kinds ...lol...

I just thought that you want to make a poll comparing rimfire rifles
only .... rather than the whole group of what ever rifles .....
it's just narrowing down the selections ... that's all ...

I think this poll is kinda silly.

You compare models, not makes, unless you are investing in stock in the company.

You won't stick with your first PB. You'll move on... I would suggest limiting your first to a inexpensive rimfire.

Forget the others and get a remington 552 speed master.

They are as accurate as a marlin or match 10/22, hole on hole rested at 50 yrds with 12x scope. has a better trigger pull out of the box, poslibly even after modding your 1022 trigger as well, and a faster flatter shooting action. Also has a wonderful balance point with a scope. Plus you can shoot shorts and still cycle. Mag capacity is 17 lr or 25 short. no need to buy mags since a tube is tonnes faster to load. Also they never jam.!
They break down too for compact storage.
I had one for a while that i regretably sold after i went 10/22 crazy.

I also think you should have included the marlin 60. It's accurate, very cheap and an autoloader.
