OD is about 6mm.
I have a Daisy barrel coming that should be close. May have to turn it down some. I have a fake can that will cover the extra length.

I used brake line and shaved it down i want to port valve any tips

I would guess that the extra barrel length would get you close to the limit without any valve mods.
Exceed the non-pal limit with a select fire gun and you have a machine gun, not a good idea. Have you run it over a chrony ?.

The limit is 495 is it not its still legal

This is funny that this post came up because i'm looking at doing my Steel Force to,have been for a while.I have a crosman 760 barrel to swap with.So you don't think it will exced the max fps?

No u will have to port valve u will get up around 460fps

Ya u can drill valve out but i haven't done it yet i will b doin it soon i will post my results

It will give you around an extra 30 to 50 fps so i think it's worth it

Ya pretty new to the game to u will get a lot better accuracy with the barrel mod I'm shooting from 50 feet and still dead on

Your brake line barrel is not giving you the power you should get with a longer barrel. Mine shoots harder than that stock.
I would guess too much air is getting by the bb.
