To finish the job, I have to decide whether to continue to use the standard 88 gram tank, or adopt some refillable system.

Then with the help of a turner, I drilled and threaded an used cylinder, and applied a valve and a connector as in the picture.

I've found an old fire extinguisher co2 (4kg) and i made a refill hose with air bleed valve.

Now I have all the measurements and the pieces to complete the work.

I would have liked to put a manometer between the valve and the cylinder, but the whole thing would have stretched and I did not like.

Today I made the housing for the refillable cartridge.

The hole has a diameter of 42.5 mm for hosting the tank cover in stainless steel, the result should be similar to a PCP, only a little bigger.
The cover is then wrapped with carbon look film like my airsoft AR.

Over the weekend I have to invent something to make the butt plate and adjustable cheek (I hope the translation is correct).

I'm not sure, but as I understand it, I think you're asking me if the work plan use a vacuum pump.
Yes, the pantograph has a pump up to 110 Mc.
If I misunderstood I apologize.

I have not managed to buy the aluminum parts to make the telescopic butt, so I focused on the comb, in contrast to the black plastic supplied to the AWP, I did it in wood and bigger. here is how I did it, the images speak for themselves.

this is only a test, these plastic knobs are provisional, waiting for the right ones to arrive.

who are like these

the important thing is that we are now close to the end of the work, as soon as I have the material for the butt I can finish it and then shape the grip and the rest of the piece.

I like How you made the comb adjustments, but based on the pictures it looks like it will be way too high for how low your action sits in the stock... I think there is a reason why the AI stock has such a small comb

Bravo! Can't wait to see what you do with shaping this stock. If you get a chance to describe which tools you use for each stage that would be great. I'm still not sure what tool to reach for (or need to buy) when it comes to wood.

Today I bought the plates and rods of aluminum,

I can now mark them and work them to make the telescopic butt.

The plate attached to the blade of the stock, (which will be the guide to the butt) is 20 mm thick. to

allow me to thread M6 where the knobs then lock the butt.

The plate instead of the sliding part is 6 mm thick.

I took two rubber recoil pad, one black ventilated, and one brown filled ...

for now I have not decided which one to use.
