Hello , just picked up a AA PRO Sport and yesterday I noticed the bull barrel, muzzle end, internal baffle unit has crept about a dimes width forward of the end of the barrel shroud,.
I sent an email to AirGunSource asking there opinion, haven`t heard anything yet. Any ideas would be helpful, also it is not loose to the touch.
Thanks.

AirgunSource replied , it is a plastic cap Inside the bull barrel, , all I needed to do was gently tap it back in place,, .Thanks for looking.

That does not sound like a FIX

You purchase a top of the line rifle and should not be tapping anything back into place. What did they say would guarantee it not happen again?

IMO you may want to press harder for a solution.

One would think/ asume that there would be a better construction to that, from a reputable company. Tapping back into place IMHO it is a Remedy not a Cure. JMO here.

You're very lucky to receive a AA Pro Sport with baffles!!!

My TX200 from AGS came without the baffles... so called Canadian version. I should have waited for the carbine version with the threaded end cap....

They are intended to be removable/replaceable but I've never heard of one moving before.
Send an email to Air Arms themselves and see what they say. Now, how about a picture?

I don`t have baffles, it is as loud as my other springers.. but it is a pleasure to shoot and ruminate on. . I think it will be my go to "gun for fun".

It's a real shame you're not allowed the baffles, they do a terrific job of taking the sting out of the report. Mine is barely louder than my S200 which makes it a great hunting rifle for static/hide shooting.
You really will enjoy it, like any other rifle you'll get little niggles from time to time but there's nothing on the PS that can't be fixed with a minimum of tools and a little knowhow. Don't hesitate to ask about anything PS related, if I can't help then someone else on AAOC will know the answer.
More likely you'll get 20,000 shots before you even think about looking inside. Having said that, a strip and relube is always worthwhile!

100,000 before I changed the barrel, probably 30,000 on the new one. Changed the comp tube around the same time because the lower two buttons were showing wear.
The original barrel suddenly became innacurate, pushing a pellet through I could feel a rough spot just before the area of the choke, cleaning didn't help so I just changed it.
All the cocking links are original though. They're not as weak and flimsy as some like to believe!

5 years old this year.
A barrel change is quite easy, once you've removed the comp tube you need a socket and extension bar for the single retaining nut. I wrap the receiver in leather and clamp it in a vice with a piece of wood in the cocking slot to stop it from spinning. Crack the nut and drift out the barrel with a thick piece of dowel, a bit of gentle heat may be needed sometimes.

Thanks Timmytree, Is it possible to change calibers too? and while were at it we haven`t heard about any of your fine hunts recently :(

Calibre change is simple, obviously the barrel and the piston weight or tophat on a standard rifle, everything else is exactly the same.
Hunting has taken a back seat for a while, I moved house back in October so I've been a bit busy, winter reduces the pest problems anyway, the rabbits had a hammering from myxamatosis at the end of the year so I'm leaving them alone. Pigeons have been doing very little damage, mainly staying in the woods and feeding on berries and nuts so no point in shooting them just for the sake of it.
Hopefully the rabbits will be breeding in the next few weeks and give me an opportunity by the end of March, I'm down to the last few rabbits and maybe 20 pigeon breasts in the freezer!
