What's up with the zombies. I thought it was a deserted island.

Don't you watch movies? As Hollywood has shown us, there ain't no such thing as a deserted island. You may think there's no one/thing there, and just as you start to relax BAM! a walking dead tries to bite your arm off. If not zombies then Komodo dragons. Or bears. Or wolves. Pirates. Volcanos...
The only movie that came close to depicting someone in a near deserted island was Castaway. But even then there was a Wilson making Tom Hank's life miserable. Too bad he didn't have a PAL rated airgun. Wilson would have made a great moving target 60m from shore, bouncing around in waves.

Would the Airforce Texan be sufficient to fight off a volcano?

Good to see your answer Frank, worried about the mechanicals though..

About 5 to 10 shots a week for hunting would last for years I have lots of shots with mine and no problems.
