I've been away from airguns for a while but seeing I don't shoot powder burners anymore I got a Crosman GI Model 1911 BB (CRS-AP-042) yesterday.I really like the feel of it being made of metal and have shot a 1911 45 ACP before. As anyone have one and have any comments on this model.??

Only thing I can say is that it looks really nice. When you mention it being made of metal, did you mean that it is all metal?

Got 5 - CO2 pistols. Got a Crosman C11.I just do not find BB's much fun. Find them hard to load in clips. CO2 is expensive when you shoot every day. Want some fun cheap plinking get a Crosman 1377. It is a pumper but 5 or 6 pumps and man it never misses. Zero fliers on mine if I do my part. Can get a wide variety of pellets to suit you fancy. I just shoot mine stock with zero upgrades. One ball of fun. Likely get the 1322 so it has a playmate. You did get the good one. 450 FPS.

From Crosman site:
Backyard fun is back with this 1911-style BB pistol! Featuring authentic blowback action and the realistic heft of full metal. The GI Model 1911BBb is so awesome you'll want to throw on a Hawaiian shirt, hop in the Ferrari and start calling your landlord Higgy-baby. Mustache optional. This pistol is powered by CO2 and shoots BBs up to 450 FPS. It has a 20-shot magazine and the detachable grips and handy integrated CO2 tool makes changing cartridges easy.

Your wife is going to wonder why you started wearing Hawaiian shirts all of a sudden.

CHEERS!
