Has anyone used this 1/8" street 90* when converting from CO2 to HPA?

At the moment I have a fake/Dummy CO2 cart but I'm nervous if the seal ever blew. :shock:
I would like to thread the end of the 22xx valve and install the 1/8" street 90*. I think it will fit inside the 22xx tube then nipple it out the bottom of the tube and flex or pipe it to a regulated 13cc tank.
I know I can use hydraulic fittings that have a higher rating but they will not fit inside the Tube.

Is this a safe fitting??
It says its rated for 1500 psi.
The regulator has a 1800 psi burst disk.

Ever thought about getting a Disco valve cap. It threads on the 22xx valve. Blocking off the front hole and tapping the bottom? Works with the disco valve stem. I just cut off the piercing section.

I got a 2260 maintube with a disco valve cap, with a 2000 PSI tube threaded into the front of the valve cap and out the front. And a under lug 13 CI tank. But I would like to run a rear tank if the guy ever ships me the part. Similar to the 2250 XT.

Ill be doing what I plan to. Put a plug in the hole I had tapped. and tap the side of the disco valve cap and out the side.

Interesting idea using the Disco valve end. :idea:

So it looks like know one has used the 1/8" street 90* that i inquired about.

The hydraulic fitting would be a safe option but it does't fit inside the tube. :(

20031 is 1/2" square....and will fit inside the tube. Print it off and take it to your hydraulics store so they know exactly what you're looking for. Have them include it in their regular stocking order to avoid freight charges...you'll have to wait, but you shouldn't have to bend over too.

It looks like the Valin fitting is only for grease.I can't find the pressure specs. :?

The size would be perfect.

Suggest talking to your hydraulics supplier...picture in hand.

Alternatively, get a bonded washer/dowdy seal from them to replace the Crosman seal...thusly;

These will NOT blow out...period. Hand tight only.
