Thank you for sharing your experience and accuracy testing. I'm still not sure I want one.

I am glad I bought mine. I noted they are almost $40.00 cheaper in Ottawa.
The 60 shots I'm getting with no change of poi is impressive. I am happy with the accuracy
as it is improving all the time & there are only a couple hundred shots downrange now.
The 16gr. Predator pellets shoot well enough for rats to about 60 yards now, and I
expect they'll get better as the bore polishes up. The Barracuda Hunter Extremes
seem to really want to shoot. With a trigger job and some more Nitrogen down range, I'm sure I can get
1/2" or maybe better at 50 yards. This should make theme suitable for gophers to 75yds. or maybe more.

Thanks for sharing Daryl! Glad to see it is living up to the accuracy claims.
As to your mentioning of $40 cheaper from Oshoot.ca, I put the gauntlet in my cart on both sites and with shipping and tax included canadashootingsupply.ca ends up about $12 cheaper for me in Saskatchewan anyway than Oshoot.ca. Not much difference. Canadashootingsupply.ca has free shipping and less tax for some reason and Oshoot.ca is cheaper but charges shipping and both PST and gst.
Just a heads up to those looking to buy. People from other provinces would have to check for themselves. For me one was around 523 and the other 535

Glad everything is working for you Daryl. interesting about the pellets groups.
My hand pump arrived today but have not had enough time to try anything...
Mines kinda apart on the bench checking things out anyway.
My tune up kit has not arrived yet.
Might just do some trigger mods polish things up a bit and put some lead threw her first.

Parts (including seals) are available for the Gauntlet? Because I have contacted Umarex for parts in the past and they are not available.

One thing about it, it sure didn't like either the Super Domes nor the Crossman pellets.

Too - it is not a finely made, small, compact 'tiny' gun like the Brocock Concept.
