so, i replaced the seals in my 150 pellgun, and the co2 still leaks out the barrel. If anyone has any ideas or wants me to send it to them to look at it, let me know.

Ugh why cant it just fix itself?

Did you replace the quad seal with another quad, or an o ring. If you need a quad, let me know. May still have a few left

The quad seal goes around the valve poppet.....I don't see one in that kit. That may be your issue.

I may be mistaking the models......I'm onto my computer right now so it's hard to find the schematics. I can't remember if this one had a poppet valve or not.....maybe someone will chime in

looking at a disassembly of the valve there is only 2 o rings on it, at least i believe. that what i found and this showed. http://www.pettypb.com/707/index3.htm
mine looked like the last one. there is some other diagrams also on that site, just go back an index http://www.pettypb.com/707/index2.htm

Edit: found this: https://www.mac1airgunshop.com/smith-wesson-rebuild-kit-for-co2-pistols-p/cr160stki.htm and noticed it has some (foam?) rings with it. i dont know if that means anything though. probably not even the same valve. just noticed.

OK, im on my laptop know going through my crosman files......it was the 140 that had the poppet valve. Sorry for the confusion.

Likely the seat has been damaged by debris trapped in the valve stem being pounded into it. Easily corrected with a simple sanding tool and some peel 'n stick sand paper. Have a look for any knicks under good light.
