Not sure if Daryl, apitagan and I are the only ones on our forum that have the Gauntlet...
No one else has posted that I'm aware of. Image

Anyways just thought I'd post up and ask...
There is a member on GTA that has a Gauntlet. His son has a 3D printer and is making these Barrel Bands.
Instead of individual orders. I'm looking for a group buy. He's selling them for about $16.50us.-$17.00us. per unit.

Figure make all of them, put them into one package to Canada, deal with CBSA once, take a small hit for brokerage.
Split the fees then could mail them out from my address.
I have 4 on order now. Image

Just a thought. Here's his video.

Okay it has nothing to do with the barrel band....But thought it was funny.
I know our HPA Regs are @ 1100psi. (maybe more if you shim them)
And Co2 in gaseous state is only 850psi...but 500 shots on one bottle!!!! Image
I wonder is that why they called the Umarex Hammerli 850 an 850? Image

Get over 500 shots in one fill with your Umarex Gauntlet

Thanks for posting! The barrel band not only looks good but functions very well! A must for Gauntlet owners in my opinion. ;-)

Finally got around to removing the barreled action to adjust the trigger on the Gauntlet. Simple adjustment on one as there is an over-tavel screw (middle one) on the back of the trigger plate.
You can look through the little window if pushing on the hooked sear tumbler (sticks out of the trigger plate) at the front of the plate with your left index finger, while you squeeze the trigger weith the right index finger to see why it has such a long dragging trigger pull.

Simply adjusting the screw to reduce the contact, will give you a delightful trigger pull. As you turn the screw, you can see the angles change between the trigger sear and the hammer's tumbler and see the over-travel or over engagement reduce to nothing. I adjusted mine to a nice crisp 22 oz. - which is 1 pound 6oz. This is perfect (for me) for a hunting rifle. There is no 2-stage in my trigger now and it's perfect.

I found mine a VERY easy trigger adjustment system.

As well, I have heard of replacing the trigger return spring with a ball-point pen spring, but this was not necessary with my rifle. Replacing the spring would have reduced the pull a few more ounces, likely to a pull of 16oz. but I felt it was not necessary - for me.

I should have noted that I haven't been shooting it much, due to hating that trigger. Now, it will likely get a lot more use. I really do like the 10 shot mags. & have 4 of them. A couple more would be quite handy I think. This rifle really likes the H&H Barracuda 19.09gr. HP's.

I tried the pen spring trick at the very beginning didn't like it.
Polishing the sear and trigger mating surfaces made a huge difference.

Glad I brought up this thread again. I have 3 filled 12 oz. CO2 tanks. Going to have to try that indoors this winter, as well as out in the 'field' now that I have a huge rabbit population to play with.
I dressed out 2 of them, 9 pounds in 3/3lb. bags into the freezer. BIG bunnies. Used the .25 Condor.
I picked up one of those barrel bands from Husky Dude and it is VERY nicely built. So impressed.

Just had a thought - when I degas (shoot up the current tank) the compressed air tank, I'm thinking I should mount at CO2 tank and measure it up for a barrel band. What do you think Dave?
