Not really. Some people go on trips, or buy a new AG every week. Some people just use that money on Ammo.

Ive toss my 1911 down range before, after I unloaded it. Depends on how much it pisses you off.

Just in general, one .22 high quality brand name pellet will cost you for 5 cents and less... But in other hand, I think I shot a lot much more pellets than my mate shooting his powder burnerd... Because I can shoot every day in my basement, and the guy have to plan, schedule, drive to shoot once a while...

Kinda cannot compare the 2. Airguns VS Powder Burner. I normally try and get to the range 2-3 times a week ( right now they're doing range repairs ) Airguns, you hold the gun way looser in the hand, you cannot do that with a PB, esp a pistol. You can shoot 22LR for 5-7 cent a round. I shoot 9mm for about 15-17 cent a round. Also I bought 22LRs cheaper than most of my airguns.

Some people spend 700$ on a SUB 500 FPS HW97, and I can buy a Cooey 75 for 80$ and shoot just as accurate. So I can airguns can be more expensive since the guns cost way more.

Going a little off-topic but 8) it is easier (for me at least) to justify spending $$$ on airguns than PB.
- At this point and time in my life, I get at least 10x the use out of airguns vs PB
- To use a PB, it's at least a 30min drive to go plinking or 1:30H to get to the closest range... I can shooting airgun at home, any time.
- To be a good shot, it's all about being able to repeat the same movement, over and over again. The practice I get getting into prone/kneeling/standing position with the airgun translate in better scores/results with the PB (Whether it be 22lr or 308)

Now, back to the funnies

Little hard to move around, esp in a war zone.

There is a story about the German SS that forced a Russian captive to play the piano, said if he stop they will kill him. He played for 16 hours before giving up.
