I've seen a lot of great reviews on this handgun. It's not a true replica, but it looks pretty ool to me.
Do we have any owners on board with an opinion or two?

I did a review of this pistol when it first came out. I actually still have it in my collection; even bought an extra mag two years ago. I love the look of Salient Arms pistols and this SA10 model does a pretty good job with the cutaways and aesthetics. Here is the review from a few years ago.

Evening folks, just joined this forum and just got this gun so here is my take and question. This is my first ever Air gun so i'm learning as I go. I have had this gun for a week now and I have loved it so far, My only complaint/question is that the slide is quite loose on the barrel and lower frame. Has anyone else had this issue or maybe it is normal for this gun? It seems as though the recoil spring is to soft for the slide or the tolerances between the slide and barrel are to big? I'm not sure. I spoke with the seller who were awesome and totally willing to exchange it for me but if this is normal I hate to send it back for no reason...

Anyone else have this problem? Are all your slides quite tight on your barrels?

Other than this the gun is amazing! Shoots great, accurate, great blowback, feels great in the hands , I even tried a laser on it which was super cool. I just worry about the rattle of the loose slide and how easy it is to cock it, but maybe if it was any tighter it wouldn't be as powerful, I dunno I'm a noob, HAHA...

Thanks, have a good night.

I also get a slight rattle when I wiggle the gun side to side. The ease of the cocking is due to the soft spring tension that you described. The upper receiver has never given me any problems. As long as it recoils and shoots accurately, you have nothing to worry about. I have also added a laser to the pistol because the rear sight is non adjustable. This gun is a treat to shoot; especially with the strong blowback. Happy Shooting!

Thanks for your comments.

The "slide slop" does concern me. Of the 70+ Replica handguns I've owned over the years, slide slop in blowback replicas has become familiar to me as a sign of poor tolerances in the rest of the handgun. Light springs and loose slide fits are a much easier solution to functionality than precision design. Most work well for awhile, but quickly demand repair and replacement.

Having said that, It hasn't stopped me from buying models I've liked before. I think I'll give it a go.

Thanks again for the comments.

Hi guys ! I just received my SA10 from Replica airguns !
What a nice gun ! Nice weight, nice looks and everything !
And really affordable, too ! But I won't shoot it today, keeping me the pleasure
for the week-end (and honestly, had a bad day at work... not cncentrated enough) !
Has anybody noticed that the SA10 strangely looks like a beautifully re-vamped
version of the low cost MCP, also from Umarex ?
