Have a crossman C11 BB gun and every time I put a new CO 2 cartridge in it won’t seal , it fairly new and ideas to fix the problem?

You mean when you tightened up the co2, and it all leak out when the capsule was penetrated?

Put a drop of pelgun oil on the tip of the co2 before putting it in the gun.

Yes~ this is actually necessary to use the co2 capsule powered guns. Very helpful to keep the seals and the gun lubed and prevent leaking.
