I need to disassemble a Diana 24 TO4 to lubricate the guts. I once owned a 36 and 38 but that was decades ago.

Are their any tricks to disassembling this rifle?
Any special precautions when popping out the crosspins? Rear pin first?
Will the trigger parts stay together after I pop out the cross pins?

Thanks

My D24 don't have a T04, but it doesn't look too complicated when looking at the parts diagram: https://www.omps2.it/media/wysiwyg/sche ... 24-t04.jpg

I'd go with a ''standard'' procedure and just push a bit on the trigger housing with a spring compressor and remove the pins. Everything seems to be contained in the housing like the T05, I personally wouldn't be afraid of taking this rifle apart. In case of doubts, put a clear plastic bag over the gun when disassembling, at least parts can't fly too far away with that. HTH.

Thanks. I forgot all about that forum. Just learned that the Diana 24 T02, T03 and T04 all have the same trigger.
