Crosman Canada is really Distrilogistic Canada in Montreal Canada where I live. I had no idea I was ordering from another company. I found out that after I received the invoice. The cost of a Crosman 1875 pistol was outrageously high compared to several other Canadian companies online selling the same product? I tried to call them, no luck so I emailed Distrilogistic. I received an email “Due to significant calls and emails, it’s taking longer than usual for us to respond. One of our. Costumer Service Representative will examine your request and contact you as soon as possible.” After 16 days I haven’t received a reply. I contacted Crosman USA and received a response, “I can’t promise I can do anything regarding the issue but I promise I will look into it and educate myself.” Randy.

Welcome to the forum from southern Alberta!

I have no idea your age but I'm a senior and am appalled with the customer service or lack of now days. I simply won't put up with it. If you dig long enough, you will find an outlet that wants your business. I have contacted two major outlets and neither one will answer the phone. If I email and ask four questions they answer one. LOL
This world in this state is a big joke!

Hang in there, deals will come up and you will find what you're looking for. :drinkers:

It sure is and as Dukemeister stated, it also goes by the name Gravel Agency. Certain items on the Crosman site is lower than Canadian retailers, but on the whole, I find a lot of their products and parts priced higher. This is why you have to really do your research and check out many different retailers and compare prices. As for customer service, my sentiments with what Woodwelder stated earlier in this thread. Over the last few months, I have emailed many companies; only to be disappointed with delayed response or no response at all. I gave up with the messaging and took the old fashioned route of phoning. Some go directly to voice mail and some go directly to a customer service agent.

I believe the Distrilogistics is 3PL warehouse for Crosman Canada.

Crosman Canada and Gravel Agency are both located at the same address but have different phone numbers.

5175 John-Molson,
Quebec QC G1X 3X4
CANADA

I made many orders with Gravel and never had a complaint. A while ago they increased their minimum for free shipping to $150. Crosman Canada is still $50 so my last few orders went through the Crosman web site.
