It finally happened, after a year and a half of trusty service, my Warrior V2 compressor will not pump air anymore. Something happened while filling a gun, and it’s not making the same noise as it was before and can’t build up pressure. I’ve ordered a repair kit from CSS but I’m wondering if any of you gentlemen ever repaired one ? If so, what should I be looking out for ? Any help would be appreciated.

Post some pictures of yours apart. I believe I have a complete cylinder, guide housing slider and crank bearing, on the shelf. If you need something fast I can send it out.

Looks like my problem was with the motor axle, it sheared off completely. Looks like a need a new motor. Any idea where I can get a replacement ?

Almost certainly you can source a replacement motor.See if you can find the specs somewhere on a label attached to it.
However, it may also be possible to put a coupling between the two halves of the sheared off motor shaft. Can you post a pic of the failed shaft? Usually a motor shaft will fail at the end of the keyway due to rough machining and stress concentrations.

Thought about it but at this point this is beyond repairing/my abilities to repair it. Wes told me his uncle fixes them for him so I might try that. Beyond that, it had a good life and I also realize I wasn’t the smoothest of users after watching to maintenance vids. You live and learn.

If this is your motor then it seem not worth a repair, due to the cost https://www.aliexpress.com/item/1005004433320440.html?spm=a2g0o.productlist.main.3.63f5ERvTERvTeG&algo_pvid=062f4579-bac3-4b6d-9973-27fb07808a7b&algo_exp_id=062f4579-bac3-4b6d-9973-27fb07808a7b-1&pdp_npi=3%40dis%21CAD%2183.2%2183.2%21%21%21%21%21%4021021f7b16876916023643116d076d%2112000029167464786%21sea%21CA%214381166741&curPageLogUid=48W5hB4fIv21

Actually, cost is about $170 (looks like the pricing model on alliexpress for such items is to undervalue the product and overcharge shipping to evade import duties/taxes) so it's about half the price of a new one from China, and may be worthwhile. Also, it seems there is a gearbox attached to the motor, so if the gearbox shaft is the one that's broken, "one" could machine a replacement - so it's fixable in the right hands. A motor shaft would be difficult since the armatures winding etc are attached. but a gearbox shaft is a relatively straightforward job. I realize it's beyond the OP's workshop so the unit is in the parts bin for him.

Here are some photos of one of that type of compressor, in case these are of some value to someone.
