Thought this looked cool.

This 26 pellet belt is printed with TPU filament, the bendy stuff.

The feeder block is covered in silicone for feeding friction. That's why it looks weird with the whitish gunk on it.

Operation: cock, manual feed, lock bolt, pow.

The block is custom too. Nice and snug with the bolt and body.

Was going to print a semi-circle with 48 pellet slots, but the filament jammed up and had to print something else.

26 is enough. You can dangle a bunch of them together by using a single pin through one of the pellet holes.

Nice work!

That 3D stuff is a real art. Way to much computer programming for my liking. LOL

Thank you. I'm a newb and so my designs are very simple.

The 3D drawing seems to always start in 2D. You sketch something, put in the measurements (or constraints), then give it some thickness.
The FreeCAD software looks super imposing, but with a few hours of YouTube vids, things start clicking.

For example:

The pellet belt started as a single pellet holder in 2d:
- 2 circles. 1 inner circle with 5mm diameter (so the 5.5mm pellets are snug), and 1 outer circle that's 9mm.
- Then, we convert the sketch into a 3D tube that's 8mm thick.
- Last part is we make an array of them. 26 seemed to fit my printer. You start with a 2 pellet belt for testing.
- Export as STL and print.

I don't think I can share them here. The belt is over 2 megs.

PM me and I can send you the stl files and instructions.
